How Chatdex handles paid features and refund requests

Chatdex is currently focused on free marketplace access, but this policy explains how billing disputes and future paid upgrades will be handled.

Free marketplace access first

Most core Chatdex usage is currently free, especially for public browsing, basic accounts, and early listing workflows during launch.

Paid visibility and growth tools later

If Chatdex introduces paid placement, promotional tools, or other optional upgrades, those purchases will be governed by this refund policy.

Review requests directly

If a billing issue or accidental payment occurs, Chatdex will review the case directly rather than relying on a generic automatic refund rule.

1. Current product stage

At this stage, most Chatdex marketplace functionality is offered without charge. If there is no payment involved, there is nothing to refund. This policy mainly applies to future optional paid tools or any paid promotional offering introduced on the platform.

2. Optional paid features

If Chatdex offers paid features such as featured placement, promotional boosts, advanced analytics, or other growth tools, those purchases will be treated as optional commercial upgrades rather than required platform access.

3. Non-refundable use-based purchases

Where a paid feature is delivered or activated immediately, Chatdex may treat that purchase as non-refundable once the benefit has started, especially for promotional placements or time-based visibility products that begin running right away.

4. Refund requests Chatdex may review

Chatdex may still review refund requests in situations such as:

  • duplicate charges
  • accidental purchases reported quickly
  • technical failures that prevented delivery of the paid feature
  • billing errors caused by the platform

5. Cases that may not qualify

Refunds may be denied where a purchase was used as intended, where the feature has already been delivered, where visibility has already run, or where the request is based only on expected performance outcomes such as traffic, saves, leads, or conversions not meeting expectations.

6. Timing of requests

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, contact Chatdex as soon as possible with the transaction details, account email, and the feature involved. Faster reporting makes investigation easier.

7. Platform abuse and reversals

Chatdex may refuse refunds, suspend features, or restrict accounts where payment activity appears abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or tied to repeated chargeback behavior.

8. How to request a review

Send billing and refund-related questions through the contact channels published on the site. Include the payment email, date, amount, and the feature purchased so the request can be reviewed properly.
