The rules that govern use of Chatdex

These terms explain the responsibilities, permissions, and limits that apply when using Chatdex as a visitor, user, developer, or administrator.

Marketplace access

Chatdex provides discovery, listing, moderation, and account tools for WhatsApp bot listings. Access may be limited or removed when platform rules are violated.

User and developer responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, the content you publish, and the way you use the platform, including reviews, claims, and public listing data.

Moderation rights

Chatdex may review, hide, reject, archive, or remove listings, claims, comments, and other content to protect the marketplace and maintain trust.

1. Acceptance of the service

By using Chatdex, you agree to these terms and any related policies that apply to the marketplace, account system, bot submissions, moderation workflows, and other services made available through the platform.

2. Who may use Chatdex

You may use Chatdex only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and comply with applicable laws. If you create an account or submit information, you are responsible for keeping that information accurate and up to date.

3. Accounts and roles

Chatdex may offer different account roles, including user, developer, and administrator access. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership of a bot, or attempt to gain access to accounts or roles you are not authorized to use.

4. Listings, submissions, and claims

Developers and public submitters are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, screenshots, links, and proof submitted through Chatdex. Claim requests must be honest and supported by relevant ownership evidence. Chatdex may request more information before approving a listing or a claim.

5. Reviews, comments, and reports

If you leave reviews, comments, or reports, you agree not to submit abusive, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, or spammy content. Chatdex may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates marketplace standards or creates safety or trust concerns.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Chatdex may review listings, submissions, reports, comments, reviews, and claims at its discretion. The platform may reject or remove content, archive listings, deactivate accounts, or limit access where misuse, repeated violations, fraud, or abuse is identified.

7. Third-party bots and external services

Chatdex lists bots and related services operated by third parties. Chatdex does not guarantee the safety, availability, legality, or performance of every listed bot. You are responsible for evaluating third-party services before using them.

8. Intellectual property and content rights

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant Chatdex the right to store, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the marketplace. You should only upload or submit content you have the right to use.

9. Availability and changes

Chatdex may change, pause, or remove features, listings, workflows, and pages without notice as the product evolves. The platform is provided on an as-available basis, especially while features are still being refined.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chatdex is not responsible for losses caused by third-party bots, broken listings, user-submitted misinformation, or temporary interruptions in access to the marketplace.

11. Termination

Chatdex may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated or where continued access creates operational, legal, or trust-related risks for the platform or its users.
